Tretinoin 0.1% Cream 20g

Tretinoin 0.1% Cream — Maximum Strength, for Experienced Users

Tretinoin 0.1% Cream (20g) is the highest strength in the range. It's intended for experienced retinoid users whose skin has already adjusted to lower strengths — it is not a beginner product. It contains the same active ingredient (tretinoin) at 0.1% as Retin-A®. Often searched as "retinol," this is pharmaceutical-strength tretinoin — a stronger prescription retinoid, not cosmetic retinol.

Tretinoin Cream and Retin-A are separately manufactured products. Their inactive ingredients, complete formulations, manufacturers, packaging, and regulatory status may differ.

Who it's for

Advanced users only — those already tolerating 0.05% who want the strongest option. If you are new to retinoids, start with 0.025%.

How it helps

At maximum strength, tretinoin strongly supports skin renewal, which may help with the look of stubborn acne-prone skin, more visible signs of aging, and uneven texture and tone. Expect a higher chance of irritation than lower strengths.

How to use

Apply a small, pea-sized amount at night, no more than every other night to begin, only once your skin is well accustomed to lower strengths. Buffer with moisturizer if needed and always use SPF in the morning.

What to expect

Stronger dryness, peeling, and sensitivity are more likely at 0.1%. Reduce frequency if irritation is significant. Visible change may take several weeks to a few months, and individual results vary.

Safety

For external use only. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. This is the strongest strength — introduce it slowly, avoid layering other strong actives, and use a broad-spectrum SPF every morning, as tretinoin increases sun sensitivity. Patch-test first, avoid broken or sunburned skin, and stop use if significant irritation occurs. Use only as directed and consult a qualified professional if unsure.
